Juvenile Delinquency

Juvenile is some one who is young and naïve. The juvenile years of ones life ends as soon as they reach 18 years of age. Young kids often commit crimes. They may have several intentions for committing these crimes. Often social and emotional factors drive juvenile kids to commit crimes in the society. They are however not called criminals. They are called as juvenile delinquents. The English dictionary defines delinquency as profound criminal behavior. Under this behavior, juvenile kids can commit several crimes like murders, robberies, extortions, rapes and physical abuse.
There are separate law norms for juvenile delinquents which do not apply for other criminals. These laws are coded separately as these defaulters are relatively young and have a long life ahead. Therefore there is ample scope for improvement and walking away from criminal activities. These defaulters are not named or put under the list of classified criminals publicly. Their identity is thus kept hidden from media and newspapers. However they are kept under the strict eye of the law bodies. If their crime is proven, they are transferred to juvenile homes. These kids are kept there till they show signs of improvement or till the term of sentence.
Even after they are released these kids are kept under watch to prevent any kind of repeats. They are however not publicly questioned or called up. This is done to give them ample scope of development and growth. If they are not black-listed, as it may ruin their chances of getting through educational institutes or company jobs. Future educators and employers may discriminate these kids on the basis of their past. It is important that we treat juvenile delinquents not on the basis of their past, but on the basis of what they want to become. It is very important to know these facts. We are all aware of the social crimes happening in and around us. Still we sit quite and watch others suffering without making any real protest to save them. This is where we must be careful of us and thing again that there are many who are like us and if the person is suffering today I can suffer tomorrow. Are you thinking which are the crimes I am taking about then look around you and you will find thousands of such cases happening around us and we sit quite without even thinking of helping them?
Think of the lady who has already paid the flat money and still the construction company has not handed her over the flat. These are the cases happening around us and we think we are lucky to be safe. Then we are absolutely wrong tomorrow can be your turn you can be in with such a builder or an insurance company and cry out for help. Even we find that some of these people are not even able to go to the right place and there is none to guide them also. So the best way is obviously to help them.
Raise voice with her and you will see many others are coming. This is what makes us human. This is what we should be always doing for saving humanity. Suppose someone needs to go to hospital today on road lying with accident and you think you will be thousands of problems and quarries facing if you take here there then you are absolutely wrong, you are a human and your first duty is to save a human please make your inner self come out and help him to be hospitalized and safe.

Geography and Climate of Georgia

Rioni and Mtkvari are the two major rivers flowing in Georgia. The topography of the nation includes the landscape ranges of eastern part from low land marsh forests, swamps and temperate rain forests to eternal snows and glaciers. Western part consists of small segment of semi-arid plains. In general Georgia covers 40% of the forest area and the 10% of land.
Georgia’s forests include a lot of deciduous trees below 600 meters above sea level and compromise of species like Oak, Hornbeam, and Beech etc. Because of the high landscape diversity Georgia is home to a large number of animal species like the vertebrates, invertebrates, carnivores and so on. The climate of Georgia is extremely diverse because of the nation’s small size. Western Georgia lies within in the humid subtropical zone and the rainfalls are particularly heavy during the autumn months. Lowland areas are relatively warm throughout the year and foothills experience cool, wet summers and snowy winters. Eastern Georgia has a transitional climate. The wettest periods occur in spring and autumn and the driest climate occurs in the winter and summer months.
